With  his “can-do” attitude and genuine passion in client affairs. With his family coming from Small Business Background (specifically Chinese Restaurant, Travel Company and Body Corporate Management), Lee is well-versed with the needs of his business client and always looking for ways to meet client’s changing needs & achieve the best possible solution for them.

Lee comes from Cosmopolitan background where has lived in 4 different countries and 7 different cities during his childhood, including United States and Japan. Lee speaks 4 languages fluently and currently learning the 5fth language at the moment.

Rongban is one of the most Senior Staff with strong background in Taxation, Accounting and Compliance. Prior to joining Lee and Associates Accountants, Rongban already has several years worth of experience in the High Quality Firm across Brisbane.

Rongban has this “could do attitude”, very rapid pace of work and easy-going personality, this combined with his pragmatic approach has made him become one of the most popular team member at Lee and Associates Accountants.

In addition to English, Rongban speaks Mandarin. Outside of work, Rongban is movie enthusiast and enjoys outdoor activities.

Carla is a skilled Business Service and Tax Accountant with extensive experience in providing tax services for both individual and corporate clients. With a strong focus on accuracy and compliance, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of tax regulations and optimize their financial outcomes.

Carla is known for her friendly demeanor and analytical expertise, with a strong commitment to ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, which enable her to build lasting relationships with clients. 

In addition to her technical expertise, Carla is committed to continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest tax laws and best practices to ensure her clients receive the highest level of service.

Krishantha has  a comprehensive understanding of individual tax preparation, including Rental property and capital gains related schedules. He assists clients in accurately reporting income, deductions, and credits, ensuring that they benefit from all available tax advantages while remaining fully compliant with ATO regulations.

Krishantha’s  education, combined with hands-on experience, allows him to provide tailored tax services to meet the unique needs of the clients while in his role, he is continuously expanding his knowledge of tax laws and regulations to better serve his clients, practically individuals and Sole Traders,  and he is dedicated to providing them with reliable service.

Gabriella is a thoughtful and empathetic individual who brings a strong sense of honesty, patience, and curiosity to both her personal and professional life. Originally from Indonesia, Gabriella completed her high school education there before moving to Australia, where she has since achieved several qualifications in the accounting and support sectors. Her academic achievements include a Certificate III in Accounts Administration, Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, and a Diploma of Accounting from TAFE Queensland. She is currently expanding her professional capabilities by pursuing a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) with Designer Life.

Outside of work and study, Gabriella enjoys listening to music, attending church services, watching movies, and engaging in handcrafts—hobbies that reflect her reflective and creative nature.

Gabriella is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, speaks English as a second language, and has a basic understanding of Japanese. Identified as an INFJ on the MBTI spectrum, she values depth, purpose, and meaningful human connections.

While “Gabriella” is her formal name in Australia, she welcomes being addressed in a way that feels natural to those around her.

Kamlini is our Junior Accountant who comes from extensive Banking and Insurance Background in New Zealand. Originally from Malaysia, she has moved to New Zealand over a decade again to embark on the new life with her family.

Kamlini has undertaken the exchange student programme in Adelaide from Malaysia when she was 18 years old. Out of 4000 applicants who applied for that year, Only 40 candidates were selected based on tests and interview skills. Kamlini  has successfully landed the dream scholarship in Australia in which she  has lived with an Australian family who hosted her for 1 year  during high school. Kamlini has gained a lot of life experience and immensely been enjoying her life in Australia, which later led her decision to migrate to Australia.

Kamlini is a proud mother with one daughter. In addition to English, she speaks Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil

Aarunan is Graduate Tax Accountant, prior joining Lee and Associates Accountants. Aarunan already have 2 years’ experience in boutique accounting firm as well as E-Tax Accountants .

Aarunan is passionate about helping Small Business Owner to improve their finance and achieve the best possible solution for their taxation matters.

Thushani is a dedicated Graduate Tax Accountant with professional experience in both Sri Lanka and Australia, bringing a solid foundation in Tax Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, and Risk Management.

Thi Kim Hang Tran, known as Jade, is a dedicated graduate accountant with a focus on taxation. Currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major) at James Cook University (expected May 2026), Jade has over a year of experience as a part-time tax accountant. She prepares and files accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ensures ATO compliance.

Jade is fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English, she connects well with Brisbane’s diverse community. She is also proficient in Xero and MYOB, and holds a Diploma in Business and Sales Management.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys cooking, listening to music, and going to the beach, which help her stay refreshed and bring positive energy to her client interactions.

Rebecca is CPA Qualified Accountant and Client Service Coordinator, who has over 10 years’ experience at Lee and Associates Accountants. She specialises in business taxation, specifically in hospitality industry, heavy industry and medical practitioner. 

She is the face of Lee and Associates Accountants and helping with Firm’s Business Development as well handling new client’s enquiry.

Outside her professional life, she enjoys travelling, shopping and watching movies.

Salina is motivated and reliable individual currently studying a Master of Business and Law (majoring in Professional Accounting) at QUT. With a strong interest in business operations and accounting, Salina brings a positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to every task. Salina enjoys working in a team and thrive in dynamic environments. Outside of work, Salina loves dancing, acting, reading, and cooking.

Salina has Excellent communication, administrative skills, g time management and attention to detail. she is able to handle tasks independently and within deadlines.

In addition to the these positive attribute, Salina has been a quick learner with a friendly and cooperative nature.

Linh is a member of the administrative team at Lee & Associates, supporting both clients and staff with a range of client service and administrative tasks. She is known for her friendly approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Linh is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland, where she is developing her knowledge in business and accounting while gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

Outside of work and study, Linh enjoys indoor sports and baking. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Kelvin is a dedicated, detail-oriented accounting professional with three years of public practice experience. He assists clients with individual tax returns, payroll, trust and company setups, and ATO/ASIC regulatory matters. In his current contract role as Client Relationship Coordinator at Lee and Associates, he ensures smooth, reliable compliance support.

He builds strong client relationships through clear communication, precision, and proactive problem-solving. Kelvin holds certifications as a Xero Advisor, Xero Payroll Certified, and QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.

Originally from the Philippines, he earned his Bachelor’s in Management on a full scholarship. Previously, he excelled in multinational pharmaceutical sales, achieving 101.64% of his annual target and ranking #2 nationwide. These roles sharpened his skills in relationship-building, strategy, territory management, and evidence-based communication, now applied to deliver client-centered accounting for individuals, small businesses, and trusts.

He is advancing his qualifications: he has completed 9/13 ACCA, a Diploma of Business, and a Graduate Diploma in Management. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business (Professional Accounting) at QUT on an academic scholarship and is nearing completion of his Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. Passionate about tax law updates and process improvements.

Outside work, he volunteers with the Ecosavers club (since 2018) and supports new QUT students through the Guild.

Anne Vuong is a motivated and reliable individual currently studying Accounting at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She has a strong interest in accounting, auditing, business operations and professional development. Furthermore, she spent two years studying auditing at university in Vietnam before transferring to Australia to continue her studies. She is eager to apply her academic knowledge in practical environments.

Rona is an enthusiastic member of the administrative team, known for her warm personality, patience, and dedication to delivering quality service. With seven years of customer service experience at a leading bank in the Philippines, she brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail to her role. 

She holds a Master of Professional Accounting from CQUniversity Brisbane and continues to expand her professional knowledge through practical experience and continuous learning.

Outside of work, Rona enjoys travelling, trying local food, and spending time with family and friends. She speaks English, Filipino, and Hiligaynon.

Bringing over 14 years of experience in accounting, she specialises in corporate accounting and administrative support, with strong proficiency across various accounting software platforms.

Outside of work, Kattylyn treasures time with her family. As a wife and proud mother to a 10-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter, she finds joy in life’s simple moments. Sundays hold special meaning, often spent at church reflecting, bonding, and nurturing their faith. She is also an avid fan of the Volleyball League and enjoys watching games whenever she can.

Judies is an Admin Support Officer at Lee and Associates, with over five years of experience providing reliable administrative and accounting support. She specialises in bookkeeping, audit preparation, and financial reporting, and is proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite Oracle, and Xero, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.

She takes pride in maintaining well-organised records and supporting processes that promote transparency and compliance. Being part of Lee and Associates has strengthened her skills and allowed her to grow alongside a supportive and professional team.
